The Sunday-night report chore
Every week, the same scene: export from a tool, paste into a spreadsheet, reformat, recalculate, and send the report roughly on time. It's time that comes back identical, low-value, and with every manual step a possible error slips in. Worst of all, this report often teaches you nothing new at the moment you build it — it just restates what your tools already know. Better to let the machine produce it.
What automated reporting does for you
No magic dashboard — a simple, reliable sequence:
The “fetch and link data from several tools” part relies on the same automation building blocks we describe on our n8n page.
An automatic report isn't an accurate report
Let's be clear, because it's the real risk of automated reporting. Automating the production of a report doesn't make the data reliable. If the upstream systems are wrong or incomplete, the report will be wrong too — just faster and more regularly. Automation removes the formatting chore; it doesn't replace the quality of the sources. That's why we look first at where your numbers come from during the assessment.
And a second, equally important limit: the system delivers the numbers, it doesn't make the decision for you. Reading, interpreting, deciding — that stays your job. Good reporting saves you the making, not the judgement. An overdue-invoice tracking table, for example, shows you where your collections stand; what you do with it — chase, arbitrate — remains yours (and for the reminders themselves, see our overdue-invoice reminders page).
Your data
Reporting touches sensitive data about your business — revenue, clients, margins. The processing can run on self-hostable infrastructure that you own, in Morocco or on your own infra: in that case the data doesn't leave your environment. If a component calls a cloud service abroad, data passes outside Morocco, which constitutes a transfer — law 09-08 governs that transfer, not mere hosting. We choose the option with you and tell you the corresponding CNDP formalities before starting.
We apply it to ourselves
We won't show you client logos (our confidentiality agreements forbid it). But our own prospecting runs on the automation systems we build — that's our best demonstration.

Frequently asked questions
What if my source data is wrong?
Then the report will be too — just faster. Automation formats and delivers; it doesn't correct erroneous sources. We look precisely at the quality of your sources during the assessment, before automating anything.
Does it connect to my current tools?
Yes, that's the point: we fetch the numbers from the CRM, invoicing or spreadsheet you already use. We validate the accesses and formats during the assessment.
Email, WhatsApp or dashboard?
Whatever you want. A weekly email digest, a WhatsApp alert, a live dashboard — or all three. We tune it to the way you work.
Does it decide for me?
No. The system delivers the numbers on time; the analysis and the decision remain yours. It saves you the making of the report, not the judgement.
Where is the data hosted?
In Morocco or on your own infrastructure if you wish. If a component goes through a cloud service abroad, that's a transfer: we tell you the formalities (CNDP, law 09-08) before starting.
