Every project is different, but here are the real orders of magnitude we work with. The amounts are ranges: the final price depends on scope (see below).
Scoping session + automation roadmap
1 simple workflow, locked scope: quote follow-up, overdue-payment reminders, OR WhatsApp FAQ replies. 1 integration, 1 channel. Delivered in 10 business days.
The First workflow scope is fixed: one process, one integration, one channel, in French. Any extension (extra channel, Darija/Arabic, CRM or ERP integration, advanced conditional logic) moves the project to Targeted automation (8,000 – 25,000 MAD).

Monitoring, fixes, improvements
The key point: automation is paid for once. Maintenance is optional — you take it if you want us to monitor and evolve your system, not because a subscription forces you to.
Optional maintenance 1,500–5,000 MAD/month (excl. tax). Hosting (VPS) billed separately at cost, on an account that belongs to you.

Why one-off payment changes everything
Some agencies bill automation as a monthly subscription — often 8,000 MAD/month or more. Over the first year, that's 96,000 MAD… and the system still isn't yours: you stop paying, everything stops.

Frequently asked questions
Is automation expensive for an SME?
It starts at 4,900 MAD (excl. tax) with the First workflow offer — one process, fixed scope, one-off payment. The idea isn't to automate everything at once, but to start with the process that costs you the most time or money, and make it pay off before moving to the next. The audit that defines this is free (30 min).
Is a monthly subscription required?
No. You pay for the project once, and the workflow is yours. Maintenance exists but stays optional: you take it if you want us to handle follow-up and improvements. Even hosting is billed at cost, on an account that's yours — you depend on no one to keep your automation running.
How long until it's operational?
A targeted workflow is set up in a few days to a few weeks depending on the integrations. A custom platform with AI takes more. We give you a realistic timeline right from the audit, before any commitment.
What about hosting / my data?
We favour self-hosting: your automation runs on a server that belongs to you, not on a third-party SaaS platform. Hosted in Morocco or on your own infrastructure, your personal data doesn't leave the country — no CNDP transfer formalities (law 09-08). If you prefer a VPS abroad, we tell you the corresponding formalities before we start. Hosting (VPS) is billed separately, at cost, on an account that belongs to you.
